Terrible Experience

Worst buying experience possible. Purchased more than a month before moving into a new home. Received no delivery window on day of delivery. Customer service changes the delivery window every time I call but clearly have no clue if it is being delivered. After 12 hours they are saying 6-8 pm but diver hasnt answered his phone all day. When I ask for compensation shipping support say they can do nothing call LG customer care they say they will help put me on hold and punt me back to the shipping line in India that cant help without even talking to me. Their help desks just route you back and forth with zero assistance. Literally 13 hours waiting for a non existent truck to arrive. So now no refrigeration and no idea when it will arrive. Truly awful customer service. Each call center claims I need to go somewhere else but they all have the same saxophone hold music so clearly just a help desk shell game.

Large Inside and Quiet

This is the largest refrigerator we have owned but it somehow doesnt take up much more space than the 19 cubic foot fridge we had before. It even sticks out less into the kitchen then our old one. This fridge is very quiet I cant even hear it running most of the time. We are amazed at how much food it can hold Full sized pizza boxes are no problem. Warehouse club sized bags of frozen food easily fit in the freezer drawer. Our three year old is able to open the fridge doors and self-serve himself snacks out of the lower drawer or the lower door shelves. He can also self-serve himself ice cream out of the freezer. The top freezer drawer has been perfect for storing and organizing breast milk for our baby. The ice maker keeps up with our ice consumption easily. The only negative about this fridge is the ice tray. When its full ice cubes have a tendency to fall out the back of the drawer and onto the kitchen floor. To sum it up this is a great energy efficient fridge/freezer combo for a family.

Ive had this Refrigerator for 2 months and it stopped cooling on September 14th 2025 have not gotten it fixed they keep sending the wrong parts the technician said they are dubbed parts and they wont work and they wont give me a refund until the tech tells them he cant fix it but no one returns my calls it is now November 11 2025 and its still not fixed. The worst customer service ever buyer beware.

My wife got this refrigerator from The Insiders and we love it. Its sleek and beautiful. It has plenty of space and the shelves and door shelves are adjustable. We really like the freezer being on bottom. The only thing we dont like is how it chimes if you leave the door open for more than 30 seconds. That is annoying. We also couldnt use the ThinQ app because it doesnt support 5G internet which is weird. Other than that the fridge has been great.

Good fridge but not the best

I was excited to get a new fridge as mine was pretty old. This fridge looks great and is economical lower power usage dimming lights door open reminder etc. but it is lacking in some respects. First the shelves are too close together. In my household we drink a lot of milk and the shelves dont even fit a gallon of milk standing upright. Sure you can move the shelf up or down one space but that makes the other shelves unusable other than small things in the front it makes it difficult to reach to the back if there were items back further. Second there is no way to shut off the annoying door open alarm. If Im filling the fridge from a full shopping trip I need the doors open longer than 20 seconds to fill and organize the space. There should be an option to shut that alarm off and then turn it back on again after. Third the right side door doesnt stay open. Ive ensured the fridge is level and the left door stays open fine but the right side swings shut immediately after I stop holding it open. It makes it difficult to use the fridge. With that said there are some benefits to using this fridge. The connection to the app lets you know in real time the temperature of the fridge/freezer as well as if there is something going wrong with the fridge. And I like the dimming light feature for when it is dark in the house. Great fridge

I recently got the LG refrigerator and overall Im very satisfied. The door shelves seem pretty sturdy which is important to hold all those heavy condiment bottles. There is plenty of room inside. I like how you can program an exact temperature. However Im not sure what the purpose is of the smart features. Connecting your refrigerator to the wifi and then an app seems pointless as I cannot think of a time when you would ever want to change the temperature of the refrigerator/freezer let alone remotely. One small downside is that the shelves could be slightly more adjustable for larger items but its not a big issue. Overall this refrigerator is reliable and worth it. I would definitely recommend it to others.

This LG refrigerator is perfect. It fit right into the spot in my kitchen where I needed it too and the freezer is quite big and I also love the refrigerator. The refrigerator is a lot bigger size than what I thought because I used to have a side-by-side and this LG refrigerator is wonderful. It fits everything in it. I love how easy it was for it to be set up and I also love that it has the icemaker. I definitely recommend this LG refrigerator.

When I got the chance to try the LG LF25H6200S refrigerator with ThinQ technology through The Insiders I jumped on the chance as we are moving into a new house. I LOVE my new refrigerator It is so sleek and beautiful. All the shelves in it are adjustable and I love the drink drawer. The digital control panel is easy to use and you can connect it to your phone via the LG ThinQ app. It has an ice maker with an ice bin in the freezer. I love the French door freezer on the bottom design. I would definitely recommend this LG refrigerator very pleased with it.

Love the minimalist look on the outside and the inside seems huge without the icemaker on the top part There is much more room on the inside doors for storage. Other French door refrigerators always seemed really cut up inside and crowded this refrigerator has lots of long clean shelves so you can put those extra long pans in there without rearranging the entire frig. Another plus is how quite it is No problem downloading the app and connecting to my home wifi or scanning the QR code for the manual. You can control the lighting on the app so that its turned down at night so if you go get a midnight snack or drink it doesnt blind you when you open the door. The freezer has 2 large uncluttered Deep drawers that function well. The top drawer for smaller items a large deep bottom drawer. The ice maker is on the top drawer of the freezer and it makes plenty of ice for us also in case you need more you can increase the ice production as needed. Overall Im very happy with my purchase.

I cant say enough good things about this fridge. We upgraded from a basic fridge top freezer and this is like a whole new world. While this fridge is not much larger than my old one it seems huge in capacity. We easily transferred all of our items from the old fridge and still had a ton of shelf space. The shelving on the doors is huge and wide wider than any other French door fridge I have seen before. The fridge connects to an app where you can easily change the temp change the amount of ice being made and even get notified when something is wrong with your fridge. It is AMAZING. I was most excited about the ice machine. This fridge makes cubed ice not the long ice you usually see in fridges. It makes a ton of ice in a short amount of time and even has a setting to double the ice being made. The fridge looks sleek and fit well in my space I like the concealed handle for the freezer its a space saver. I couldnt be more happy with this fridge.

We got the LG Refrigerator LF25H6200S CYS and we couldnt be happier with it. Its Stainless Steel look gives it a nice modern sleek design and it blends in nicely with our kitchen. Its larger than our last refrigerator and it really does hold a TON of food in both the refrigerator and the freezer. The doors are easy to open and easy to close even our almost four year old is able to open and close the doors by himself. The freezer drawer is deep so it holds a lot of items and I like that there are different sections so that we can organize it how wed like. The refrigerator has deep door shelves which is great for drinks and condiments. I do recommend trying not to over fill the shelves because when our whole fridge is completely full thats when we start to nice the items in the back start to freeze. I also think it takes a bit long for it to make ice cubes. Thats my real only negative about this refrigerator. Otherwise were extremely happy.

I recently purchased the LG Refrigerator LF25H6200S and I am so happy with my choice. The stainless steel finish looks modern and clean and instantly upgrades the look of my kitchen. One of the best features for me is how spacious and organized the inside of the fridge is. The adjustable shelves and deep door bins make it easy to store everything from large bottles to small condiments. The drawers are also great for deli meats and snacks. Cooling performance is excellent and everything stays fresh and Ive noticed my fruits and veggies last longer thanks to the humidity controlled crispers. Its also very quiet which is a huge plus in an open concept home. I Highly recommend this it to anyone looking to upgrade their refrigerator.

Stunning sleek stylish. I could go on and on about this fridge. Lets start from the bottom drawer freezer and work our way up. The freezer has a super easy and gentle glide. It has a large bottom area in the freezer split into two sections. On top of that is a drawer that holds smaller items in the freezer as well as an ice chest for your made to go ice. The lighting in the freezer is bright and easy to see every angle to look for something down at the bottom of the freezer. Now for the fridge area. I adore the French doors. They have a magnetic closure that is slow so it doesnt slam. The lighting inside is florescent and so bright to cover every inch of the fridge. The doors both have three areas each for drinks sauces or whatever you would like. The shelves in the main area are large wide and spacious. There are two drawers side by side to use for produce or other items. I have one full of fruits and veggies and the other full of cheeses and deli meat. There is a third drawer that is thin and sleek underneath the other two drawers. I decided to turn that into a snack drawer for my children. The outside of the fridge does not look ginormous but the inside blows me away because there is so much space. The only thing I wasnt a fan of was the shelves on the inside of the fridge part were close together. No milk jugs or coffee creamer would fit. So I had to readjust the shelves. The doors do not open wide enough to do that. So I went back to the instruction manual and could not find useful information to adjust the shelving. I ended up resorting to Google and read that you left the doors up and shift them to make them open wider. That helped a ton and I was able to adjust the inner shelves to better fit our milk. Other than that I am extremely happy with this fridge/freezer. It has so much to offer. I have five little kids and a husband things get messy sometimes but the fridge isnt full of fingerprints. They all adore the lighting and the French door style to see everything in the fridge. We are a house of seven and are very pleased with this product. I would recommend to smaller or larger families. There is enough space for everyone.

So much door space

Overall this is a very good fridge I love all of the door space and have plenty of room within the fridge itself. Lots of light for both the fridge and freezer. It quickly got to and is holding the right temperature. I am not as happy with the slide out drawers in the freezer. There is a lot of wasted space because of the drawers. It would be better if it had a shelf and a normal door much like a top freezer unit. I also had a hard time adjusting the shelves as the doors dont open wide enough to pull the shelves straight out to adjust them to a different level. But the fridge capacity is wonderful I have so much more room for fresh foods now Looks great.

takes approximately 24 hours for the fridge to get to its cooling temperature. freezer part kicked in right away. love the space in the fridge but not a fan of having to move a rack closer to another to fit jugs straight in. love the freezer especially the sliding top drawer. like that the ice catchers bin is slotted so that you dont have to worry about if its in the correct place. fridge has more features that I have not explored yet but looking forward to it.

This is our Second LG refrigerator our first was 15 years old and our children now have it. This new model has a much more friendly layout with more room easier open drawers along with larger door organizers . The freezer is also more user friendly than our previous model boasting a more user friendly design .

I must say that Im very impressed with this refrigerator from LG. It meets all my expectations especially on the doors. They have the gallon bins more room to put your juices drinks and milk etc the. Refrigerator is very spacious and the freezer at the bottom is definitely spacious. You have 2 draws. You could put your small stuff at the top where the ice makers at and yes the ice makers is inside and I love it opposed to out. But yes I will recommend this to any and everybody whos looking to replace their refrigerator this is it it is so roomy you have more than enough room in that refrigerator. Another feature that I like on the. Refrigerator is that you could access it through your app on your phone? Where like if you get up in the middle of the night and you want something to drink or something to eat you could control the lighting on your phone in the Lg App. That way when you wake up and go get something to drink or eat out of the refrigerator that bright light wont affect you to where you wont be able to go back to sleep.So you can control the lighting just like you do on your phone.I really love that feature and yes I do have reorganize my refrigerator.

Our family was absolutely blown away by this fridge. We were upgrading from a standard traditional no bells or whistles fridge and boy does this feel like an upgrade The fridge itself is not much bigger than our old unit in the amount of room it takes up but the inside seems so much larger. We have tons of space. Our old fridge looked crammed and packed when we moved our items over to this fridge it looks bare The ice machine is another story it makes cubed Ice. Actual cubes not those elongated ice cubes. Theres even a function to put ice making into overdrive we tried it out when we first started the fridge to test it out cant imagine the amount of ice it would make after the fridge is fully functioning for over 24 hours. This thing makes soooo much ice its incredible. The fridge didnt even take a full 12 hours to get to the set temperatures. Im amazed at the option to connect to the LG app. When connected it tells you when your door has been open for too long. You can change the temp and the ice amount from the app. And a huge bonus if something were to go wrong with your fridge the app will tell you The app offers smart diagnosis. It also tells you how much you have left on your water filter so you never will be left scattering to order one last minute. This is honestly amazing it feels like such a luxurious item. Couldnt be more happy with it.

So Much Room

We absolutely Love this LG Refrigerator there is an amazing amount of room inside. It cooled down within 3 hours of delivery and has been wonderful ever since. The drawers are a learning curve as you open them from the bottom not the top but that is the only thing that is different than we are used to. Shelves are very easy to put large and small items on with ease. The drawers on the doors are super roomy and hold everything we had in the old fridge and more. A double basket and drawer in the freezer makes it easy to separate the items we use most often and just the others we use on a limited basis. LG has been great to us and almost all of our appliances have came from them and we have had zero issues with any of them.

We took the opportunity to upgrade as our old fridge was ten years old and before we had kids. It served us okay but items would frequently get lost and forgotten about in the back and when groceries arrived it was cluttered. As I moved everything to the new fridge I realized I had so many more ways to organize items in the doors. Then I had the shelves. Moving shelves took a bit of work but everything fit with so much space to spare Delivery and install were a breeze and the techs gave a quick rundown of how easy the water filter was to install and showed me the settings panel. I had the app and was quickly able to add it to the app to allow for customized door alarms power use and even dimming the fridge lights overnight for that late night snack.

Total failure of fridge and freezer after 10 month

No cooling of fridge and freezer after 10 months. No alerts or warnings from the fridge - it just quit cooling completely. It started working again after being unplugged for a day. Likely an electronics or sensor issue but nobody knows for sure as it is intermittent. Hundreds of dollars in food was lost it made a big mess and lots of time wasted.

Well it was definitely a great run but my 31 year old side by side refrigerator finally gave out just after the holidays. After much research we decided on a new LG French door. I absolutely love the wide open space of the refrigerator compared to the compartmental arrangement of a side by side however Im still getting used to the slide out freezer drawer. Organizing it takes a bit of thought. I have it filled to capacity and I must be careful not to pile the food too high or the drawer will not open. Other than that I like the sleek lines and the touch lessstainless steel exterior. It wipes up easily with a microfiber cloth. Now if only I could get anther 31 years out of this one.

The size is amazing fits in a smaller area but has lots of room inside. I usually buy a side by side but I love this one more. The only thing I miss is no filter water in the door.Great smart features.

Would give it zero stars if I could. Both fridge and freezer completely failed on year 4 of light usage during holiday time. Still under warranty but the only service provider LG provides in the area mind you this is New York City tri-state is out from November 26 through January 7. Complete lack of product responsibility will never buy anything LG again

I bought this unit three weeks ago and so far so good though realistically its a little too early to tell. I do wish it had a water dispenser but those units were too wide for the space I have. I do love the wide shelves on both doors.

Absolutely in love with this fridge I never realized how much space an ice maker on top takes up. We decided no frills just a bottom mount freezer with ice maker there. Also love the straight glass shelves vs ones that are split. I put lazy Susans in for pop water and condiments. So easy to grab and go Only negative is the fingerprint less doors. Not so much and only the husband and me
