Had it delivered and installed three days ago. Got a couple of dry loads of clothing the first few times I used it but since then its been nothing but errors and malfunctions. Chat customer service was not helpful. Customer service line wouldnt put me through to a human just kept referring me to chat service. Of course this now means sending out a contractor service tech that can be at my house sometime in the next week during any time of the day. Forget that. I dont have time in my life to play that game with a 3-day old $1200 dryer. So I just finished filling out my return request. LG get this hunk of expensive malfunctioning metal and glass box out of my laundry room and so I can go find something the drys the laundry.

Great except lint filter broke

I bought this about 5 - 6 weeks ago as part of replacing our washer dryer. The dryer works great with one exception. The lint filter broke less than two weeks after we started using it. Because I was traveling since then this is the first chance I have to address this issue.

AI Cycle is AWESOME

The AI mode customizes the temperature and time depending on the weight and type of the load. The normal mode on my previous dryer took 60+ minutes and I needed to manually stop the machine if I wanted to shorten the cycle. Now I can let AI decide and not worry about wasting energy. Plus the machine is so quiet and I can barely tell if the machines on or not. I am a family member of an LG employee and I received this product for free in exchange for my honest review.
