The first one I purchased had a faulty mother board. I had a service technician repair it but a couple month later it went out again. I ended up buying a replacement oven. I pray this one doesn't go out.

Display and sound notification are too low even after adusting to maximum . The buttons are hard to read bcause the lettering does not standout it wouldbe good if it was more like GE or Frigidare double oven display

These are nice ovens with lots of helpful features. My big complaint is that' s practically impossible for a homeowner to change the lightbulbs! You don't just unscrew the lightbulb, you first have to get the glass cover off, which is made difficult because the light is very close to the side of the oven. Then the replacement comes with the metal casing that holds the light bulb. The edge of this metal casing sits flush against the back wall of the oven, leaving the average homeowner to figure out how to remove this entire thing, just to change a burned out bulb! I still haven't figured out how to do this!!!

So I bought Bosch 27 inch double ovens as a Christmas present. I'm an accomplished home cook and have had cooking classes literally all over the world. I couldn't wait to try out all my favorite recipes on these great new ovens. It didn't take even a month before both ovens began to heat erratically; they would not heat to the temperatures I selected. Sometimes they would soar to 35 or 40 degrees higher than the selected temperature. Other times they would stop heating far below the selected temp. I was so disappointed, having to watch my breads turn out hard and heavy. I couldn't even get them to gratinee a crab on Christmas Eve. My 10 pound prime rib for Christmas dinner was almost ruined because II had to play with the temperature to get 250 degrees for 3 hours. I discovered I could heat the oven to 230 degrees in order for the oven to roast at 250---very stressful. I finally called Bosch service, had to hold for 40 minutes, and was finally told that they could get a certified technician to my house in about 5 weeks. Great customer service, huh? I'm beginning to think I would have been better off if I had kept my old General Electric ovens.

This oven is a game changer. I love the way it cooks & preheats quick. 4 stars instead of 5 because - It does produce a lot of heat when in use which makes the kitchen hot. I do turn down the ac when using the oven. I wish both ovens came with the slide out rack. I currently have the slide in the bottom oven for heavier pots. It would be nice to have one on the top as well.

I love my new Bosch Double Wall Oven. I have a large family and when we get together cooking is only good when you have 2 ovens to get the job done. I compared many ovens before deciding on the Bosch. It definitely is a fit for me. I love the convection/oven the pull out shelf.

Very happy with our Bosch double oven with convection on top. It fit in the same rare space as our previous wonderful double oven that we loved so much. I was really concerned about changing ovens when our old one finally gave out. But we haven't seen an interruption with this replacement in quality of our baked goods especially. I like the light that turns on when we open the door, the sliding baking rack, and the beauty of the unit in our kitchen. I also like that the handles allow for wet towels to hang to dry, which our previous oven didn't have available. Looking forward to many more years with these beautiful ovens!

So I dont understand why making an oven so complicated, it has been very overwhelming to use it since there are so many different things that I used to bake and roast that the only thing I was looking for is an oven where I can easy turn it on and off. I really thought having this over the top oven will make my life easier and it has been very overwhelming.

We've had this double oven for about a month now. It is functionally great, has several modes (bake, convection bake, convection roast, broil and others). We had to fit it into the wall, and the installer did a great job. Add to that the nice lighting in both upper and lower ovens and the great esthetics... this is a real nice appliance.

Have had several Bosch appliances through the years, and was excited to upgrade to this double oven. Have had the oven for just over a month now and the disappointment started nearly as soon as opening the box.
The telescopic rack was assembled improperly (backwards) from the manufacturer and must be replaced to be used safely.
Once the oven was installed, the built in temperature probe worked exactly once before failing. Now flashes error code E-122 which most likely indicates a short in the wiring. A short seems to be in line with the oven not recognizing the connection to the probe at all on most attempts. Again with having only had the oven a month points to poor manufacturing.
Overall, the ovens work fine and yield good cooking results. Just expected so much more from Bosch and the price point.

We have been using the 27" 800 Series double wall oven for 2 months now and are very happy with the performance of the oven. However I am very concerned that the instrument panel is warm to the touch even it the oven has been idle for a day or two. It means it must be at least wasting energy or at worst some component is getting an accelerated cycle test! ;-(
