I like the look of this refrigerator a lot. I had it delivered but I installed it myself. Extremely well packaged and it was a fairly easy install. Only problem I have is one of the French door does not start open. Tries to close by itself. I think it is an easy fix just haven't found it yet.

Just had our Bosch 500 French door refrigerator delivered. Looks great and had no issues with installation. The only very minor complaint is that the protective film all over the refrigerator is very hard to remove from places like inside corners and around the doors. No problem at all adding it to the Home Connect app. It is very convenient having it and my Bosch 800 dishwasher controls in the same user-friendly app.

Ok it is 1 year old the ice markers drips. Leaving water drips and condensation in the fruit or vegetables storage . Have tried to defrost due to buildup doesn't help. Might just stop using it . For the price almost useles.

Beautifyl fridge with good space.

The fridge is beautiful and has plenty of space, though the interior could have been a little more efficient, especially the shelf that slides to accommodate tall items. It is designed so that any high item you place blocks access to the regular items behind it. On our previous fridge, half the shelf could tilt up, leaving the entire depth of the other half available for high items. We do love that there is only one ice maker.

An expensive refrigerator and I expected much more from Bosch. Ice maker has been inoperable for months now on an appliance not yet one year old. Bosch service schedules weeks out each time, doesn't fix the problem requiring me to reschedule. Forced to hold open 4 hour windows and this last time, they move the service window out another two hours. Rescheduled again! I'm beyond exasperated here.

Not as good as it should be

this is my first time buying a Bosch refrigerator, I am disappointed in the quality for its reputation. It does not keep temperature at the set temperature. Does not seal as well as past lower priced refrigerators. The ice tastes and smell horrible even though I have run gallons and gallons of water through the lines and trashed multiple trays of ice.

Fridge has materials with excellent quality. The front panel greets you with beautiful stainless steel black and the interior lighting and back metal panel also adds to the great looks. The fridge is more quiet than my previous LG. The fridge does have excellent shelving options for arranging your items. My only complaint is I frequently forget that you really have to close the doors all the way otherwise they stay open. But luckily, there is an alarm to help you close the doors.

Our LG refrigerator compressor quit after 6 years. We decided not to repair the LG due to the high cost of the repair. We needed of a refrigerator ASAP, a local appliance store had two black stainless refrigerators in stock. We decided on the Bosch, what a great refrigerator! Love the clean lines, the bright interior, spacious freezer, deli drawer, and nice size crispers. The refrigerator matches nicely with our Bosch dishwasher, both quality products. We highly recommend this refrigerator!

We recently bought this Bosch 500 series refrigerator. I love the size of the interior of this fridge. The lights are nice and bright inside and the stainless back panel looks great. The doors are a little clunky and you need to make sure you push pretty firmly to close both doors. It's not the kind of fridge you can just swing close , you can leave it open if your not careful. I really like the lighting on the water dispenser also. Inside the side door shelves are roomy and very sturdy. The drawers slide in and out nicely also. The freezer size is also outstanding. Both upper and lower sections are very substantial. Overall I am very happy with this refrigerator. Only thing I notice is that the handle color on the black stainless is darker than all the other Bosch black stainless appliances I bought with it. Those have lighter handles.
