As soon as we purchased the house, we immediately went to purchase our very first refrigerator. I never had second thoughts getting a KitchenAid item coz the name speaks for itself - a trusted brand. If we will get extra money, we're planning to change the microwave, stove and dishwasher that came with the house with KitchenAid appliances.

Perfect size. Beautiful finish and handles. We've had the refrigerator sinceAugust. Since we've had it, the ice maker leaks inside the refrigerator....has happened several times. Any Food placed on the top left shelf freezes. I've had to throw out food because of the freezing problem.

Originally bought a Samsung that had problems from day one. After Several attempts to fix the Samsung we sent it back and got this Kitchenaid. Been great from day one.now we have a whole suite of Kitchenaid major appliances. Not a single issue.

I've been very happy with this fridge for my family of five. It so much easier to see items than our previous side by side one.
My kids love the water dispenser display. Since my 4 year old can't see the water level in the cup we told her to fill it up to 5 oz and we never have spilled water on the floor anymore!
The ice dispenser is noisy but is my only complaint and one I can live with. I like that it takes up minimal space in the fridge.
With three kids you can't see any fingerprints with this finish...absolutely love it!

We bought this 2 months ago. So far I am loving the room and my husband adores the ice/water on the door. However it makes a weird clacking noise when you open the door and several times throughout the day. I'm going back to the store to see if I can find out if this is normal. It sounds like an old fashion crank car running and it's very annoying. For the money we paid I wouldn't expect it to be so loud.

I've only had this refrigerator for a couple of weeks, but I'm very pleased so far. I purchased this to replace a French Door refrigerator of another brand and am so happy I did. The spacing options for shelves, etc., are much improved over the other brand. Plus I missed the ice and water in door, so I'm happy with this as well. When we tried another brand to replace a previous Kitchen-Aid, I was not happy at all. I'm so pleased with this model.

Got this frig not even 1 month ago from Lowes...#1 the frig was not leveled so the drawer comes open when you open the french doors. The small ice receptacle is icing up and dripping water down the inside of the door which throws it all over when you open the door. #2 the right hand door came with scratches. The replacement door had a ding....REALLY . Why can't they open it at the store to check it before I unload the frig ??? Not too thrilled at this moment

We purchased the refrigerator on July 4th from Home Depot. It was finally deliver August 22nd. I had to take my pickup about a block to pickup the refrigerator as they refused to come down our street and then the two men who were paid to install the refrigerator left it in the middle of our kitchen. Fortunately my wife and I managed to follow the directions and it is up and running. So far no problems. My wife loves the design and interior lighting. I am just thankful it works.

We have had this refrigerator for a month and I'm still finding new features that I enjoy.
It holds much more than our last refrigerator even though they were the same size
.I wish the deli section was divided into 2 parts so I didn't have to open both doors to open it. I also have a problem getting water for my coffee maker but that is because of the shape of the container. All in all I would recommend this refrigerator to anyone thinking of purchasing one.

I have always had side by side fridges. My wife talked me into getting this French door fridge. It is HUGE on the inside. Best of all you can see everything in the fridge. It also has a pizza Space in the freezer. Try storing pizza in a side by side. I am now a convert. Plus the black stainless looks awesome.

We got this fridge brand new with a new house. Right out of the gate it was REALLY loud, made a terrible buzzing noise. Took the techs two trips to figure it out, and even after they fixed the super loud buzzing, it still hummed pretty loud all the time. For whatever reason I thought it would die down. It didn't. It hums, kinda like the sound you hear on an airplane. And it does it ALL THE TIME. It shuts off and sounds like every other refrigerator for like five minutes and then it fires up again and starts humming. We had the tech come out again and he said that this model just makes that noise. If that's true it's a huge design defect. No other fridge I've ever had makes this much noise and I would return it if I could but even though it's in warranty I'm sure we're stuck with a very expensive, very loud refrigerator. I'm thoroughly disappointed but we're stuck with it. Buyer beware.

Water is collecting on the seal of the freezer door and the repairmen can't figure out why. Other than that problem, I really like the look, very sleek and the black stainless is beautiful. It is smaller than my previous refrigerator, so I am doing with less, which is good and keeps me organized.

I purchased my refrigerator to match the rest of my KitchenAid appliances. It worked great for nine months. I have a service person coming out today. Refríe won't cool below 50 and freezer won't cool below 30. It's making a really loud noise. I purchased KitchenAid because I thought I would have zero issues. Now I'm not so sure.

I have had this refrigerator for a week now and can't be happier with it! It it so quiet. The amount of space is perfect for my family of 5. I've read several reviews about the ice maker being slow, this is not the case for us. I've already had to put all the extra ice in the extra container in the freezer.

We've had this refrigerator for just about a month and have enjoyed the abundant capacity, functionality and nice modern look it adds to our kitchen. We'd previously owned a side-by-side and the need to open the left door in addition to the right is taking a bit of getting used to so far. Additionally, although the icemaker does a good job of making ice, dispensing it is a bit of a fling-a-thon with ice missing normal size glasses like a beer pint glass. We've had to cup our hands around the top to ensure the ice goes in the glass, probably not the elegant engineering solution that I'm sure the folks at KitchenAid could come up with. That said, the construction is high quality and the noise level is barely detectable. Finally, the storage is sensibly and conveniently arranged and we especially like the push back shelf on the left side to facilitate storage of taller items like wine and juice bottles.
