So far, it has been great. So much space, I can organize how I want without everything needing to be on top of each other. I love the freezer portion with the extra drawer. Even in the fridge part, there is an extra drawer outside of the normal two drawers. I absolutely love it and would purchase again.

So we have bought 2 new other brand refrigerators in the past few years, because due to supplier shortages we had to choose from what was available. Needless to say, they were NOT GOOD. My was has wanted to go back to a Frigidaire for years because of the good success we have had in the past, so we finally got what she wanted. What an upgrade this fridge is from the other brands. Only two of us live in the house and the other two couldn™™t keep up with our ice needs. So this dual ice make system is a game changer. We FINALLY HAVE ALL THE ICE WE NEED. Well done Frigidaire!

We purchased the fridge to replace an LG model that leaked all over the kitchen and did major damage. We are very pleased with the internal layout and flexibility of shelves, which was VERY important to me. The lighting is excellent and helps prevent "hidden" food! The ice maker took a little bit to get going after installation but I like the smaller cube size of the ice for water bottles, etc. My only criticism of this model is that both doors have to be open to open the wide, flex space drawer at the bottom which we are using for cheese and spreads. Otherwise, I would definitely recommend this model to anyone who needs lots of storage, flexibility, and prefers a quiet running fridge.

My daughter has this same fridge and when our old one died, I had to be sure I was getting this one. It's amazing, I love it! We had to have a guy come out and adjust the doors, but now it's fine. I just wish it came with a manual instead of having to download it. I borrowed my daughter's ??

Very roomy refrig and freezer. Lots of variable shelf space in the refrig. Two ice cube makers for when you need a lot of ice cubes. The one in the freezer can be turned off for more shelf space. The one in the door works great and provides plenty of ice cubes for normal activities. We like the three door model better than the two door side-by-side refrig/freezer. This freezer holds a lot more stuff.

after 32 hours of being delivered, the first fridge made this weird and LOUD noise. Sucked to have to then pull everything out and for the new one and since I didn't shop I was low on food. I went ahead and upgraded for the new one and so far I love it.BUT, all the shelves come with them on the right and you have to KNOW to take it off and slide the attachment in the back. Door shelves are nice and deep and I like the top shelves slide under when needed. I bought the dual ice makers as well.

Bought this refrigerator to replace an LG on its 3rd compressor and still failing. Due to those failings, I now keep live temperature sensors in both the refrigerator and freezer sections to monitor for rising temperatures. This refrigerator is regularly reporting in the range of 34-40 and the freezer reports temps between -2 and 16. The 16 is at the end of what I suspect is the defrost cycle in a mostly empty freezer, and I believe it will probably not get that high once I have restocked all my freezer items. Having the doors accept the gallon jugs frees a lot of space in the refrigerator since I can easily have 3 or 4 gallon jugs in there at a time. I also like that the top shelves have the "sliding half shelf" feature for taller things on the shelf below. The smaller shape of the ice cubes is a really nice change from my previous unit. Overall, I'm very happy with this refrigerator, especially because I feel it was reasonably priced for its features. I'm looking forward to trying the "chill a drink" feature.I did take a star away for a couple of improvements I could see. The shelf spacing, while fairly flexible, is a little tight. For example, a gallon jug on the bottom shelf clips the front of the shelf above it when removing the jug. Moving the shelf up higher effectively eliminates one shelf unless you need a shelf space about 2 inches tall. Other shelves also leave almost exactly the space for typical jars. There is plenty of shelf space, but the vertical spacing is a bit tight for several items.The other ding is the mouth of the ice/water dispenser. I am frequently picking up ice cubes off the floor because they sometimes come out at angles and the cube shoots out between the cup and the spout. Moving the cup up close enough to block the ice sometimes doesn't contact the switch, so you have to press the switch with your other hand. If the spout was about a half inch longer, the cubes would have no room to escape. Neither issue is a big deal, but would be nice if they were corrected.Again, overall happy with the refrigerator/freezer and will definitely consider another Frigidaire Gallery purchase in the future if this one holds out.

Inital impressions and issues. The fridge appears to be functioning nicely so far lots of room and well lit. Ice and water dispenser working fine. HOWEVER, the the gasket on the freezer drawer doesn't appear to seal in the top middle of the drawer. I can see the top right and left corners of the gasket are firmly pressed when closed, but the middle of the drawer is only tight while pushing on the drawer to close, LIKE A 1/4" GAP! Causing airflow, frost and moisture are collecting on the top edge of the inside of the drawer and frozen drips and water collecting on the ceiling of the freezer. Pretty big red flag right now if the gasket rubber/foam doesnt expand/break in with a good seal within a week or 2, will be a deal breaker if not resolving.

We owned a previous Frigidaire that was at least 10 yrs old (actually came with the home that we purchased). We loved it, and in fact loved it so much that when it started to fail we didn't hesitate to attempt to find something with a similar footprint, definitely Frigidaire, and hopefully with similar specifications. We were thrilled to find nearly the same exact model (GRFS2853AF). We love the layout, the features, ice making and ample storage for my wife and I's needs. It is very much like turning back the clock ... an old friend at a much younger age and ready to service us for years to come. I find the doors on this one are much more "decisive" when shutting, which i like, leaving no doubt that they're closed (admittedly i did leave the doors on the old one slightly ajar at times when not closing properly --- not so with this one). Its a great fridge and we are happy to have it.

I love the new fridge. It is a little smaller than the one I had so I am getting use to that. The only thing that I want to find out how to stop is the ice machine dumps ice into a tray in the freezer. I don't use that much ice.

Well designed to easily access condiments, produce and meat. Ice makers work well. Controls on outside dispenser are easy to use and more responsive than the LG controls. Drawers run smoothly. Difficult to remove produce bins because doors won™™t open wide enough. Finish is duller than most other refrigerators but hide fingerprints. We™™re crossing our fingers that it lasts at least ten years.

Having all the refrigerated food at an arms length with the freezer on the bottom has proven extremely convenient. No more going to a knee to get something out of a bottom crisper drawer like in a standard or side by side. My tallest tumblers and water bottles fit in the ice and water in the door!

I love it! It wasn't the one I had the intention of buying, but after looking it over and comparing it to the other one I decided to go ahead and purchase it. The price was 400$ cheaper, the shelves were deeper, and I did live it had 4 separate freezer drawers. After delivering and getting it set up I quickly realized I made the right decision!

The fridge overall functions well! Wish it had chilled water, an RO filter system and you were able to open the right crisper drawer with the left door still closed. Also, the ice cubes are very small. Almost an eighth of the bin for a glass.

This is a very nice fridge compared to our previous ge profile one. It's very similar in external look, which works out since the rest of our appliances are still ge. It's bright inside and the large amount of ice it makes is a huge benefit. Compared to our previous fridge It definitely has less room in the fridge for taller items, and less room in the freezer, but you can still fit quite a bit of stuff in there and then shelf space is fairly customizable. The large fresh food bins and deli drawer bin that pulls most of the way out is nice. I was excited about putting the wine rack in the fridge, but for some reason the shelves don't have the necessary brackets to hold it. Not sure why as the website confirmed compatability. Overall I am happy with this fridge so far.

I have had Frigidaire refrigerators for several years. When my husband and I bought our home we first bought one. The life of that refrigerator was short lived because hurricane sandy flooded it. Not the fault of Frigidaire. We went to Lowe™™s and bought the same model. That one lasted 13 years. It was still running. I only replaced it because the gaskets wore out. I love my new refrigerator. Very happy!!!
