January 26, 2022. I purchased my gorgeous Frigidaire gallery range 30 inch gas front control SS and I continued to get an error code and a loud scream. I™™ve had the control panel replaced to the tune of $406.62.back in May 2024 and we are now in December and it has to be replaced again

We don't use the oven more than once a week. It's 42 months old, is this a disposable oven?? I am very disapointed that I bought the gallery series for my kitchen and this is the quality of my appliances.Ace Appliance came to repair it and it took 2 days to get it done they did not have any parts? Can you help us recoup any of our expense?

We bought our Frigidaire Gallery Gas Range 1 1/2 years ago. My wife used the self-cleaning option for the first time 2 weeks ago. Since that time, the oven does NOT work. So we called Frigidaire who informed us that we are past warranty. We called one of their recommended vendors to fix this problem. They came out right away and fixed it (blown thermostat) to the tune of $404. The technician told us that we recommend to our customers NOT to use the self-cleaning option because of this. So my complaint is that Frigidaire sold me a FLAWED oven. I should not be responsible for this $404 bill.

Great gas range. Only issue is that the Air Fry feature seems to require a special tray that is not included with the purchase. Requires an upsell.

The range takes some getting used to, but I'm very satisfied with it and since I've been using electric for so long, I'm enjoying the quality of cooking that comes with gas. The airfryer is great and I'm also getting used to it as well.

We updated to this stove recently from a 6 year old model. I have to say the surface area is greater and I can fit more and larger pots and pans on this new stove, even though the overall dimensions are the same as the old one. This stove produces greater heat and therefore cooks the food much faster. Additionally, this model has the "air fryer" option which I will be using as soon as the Air Fry Tray is delivered. Can't wait. Great product.

So far we love this range! I love the quick, preheat an air fryer part of the oven and the burners are great. They are boiling water so quickly. The knobs are hard to find child safety covers. That™™s the only negative I will say.

A few issues...I made a pot of tomato sauce on this stove, the sauce furiously boiled, even on the tiniest burner set to low. The sauce burned because I could not get the flames low enough to simmer it. I ended up tossing it because it tasted burnt. I have been making my own sauce for 40 years, with the same pot and never had this problem on my previous gas stove. My dealer adjusted the flames and time will tell if they need to be adjusted further. I am not sure why the burners would be set to the flamethrower level out of the factory. Next issue, when I turn on the right front burner, the flame flares up to the height of my pot handles. I am somewhat afraid to use it. I am hoping that the appliance dealer can fix this issue. Like maybe the burner ring or igniter is defective. Third issue, I was also almost burned when I cleaned the cooktop. The control knobs are so big and sensitive that as I wiped the top, my body brushed against the knobs and the flame turned on. Almost burned my arm one time, second time it almost set fire to the cloth I as using to dry the cooktop. I have since learned that all new ranges are like this, no matter what manufacturer. For the love of God, can't these ranges be designed to not do this? Like maybe add a lock feature so the knob can't be tuned on when you bump into the knob. After I discovered this problem I was removing the knobs whenever I had to clean the cooktop. We found some childproof manual locks on Amazon. They prevent the knobs from being turned but I have to remove them when I want to cook and put them back before I clean. You can see the locks on the burner knobs in the photo. Why do the Consumer Product Safety people let this go on? Have there been any lawsuits because of this issue? You can Google this and all kinds of videos come up showing this problem. Lastly, the control panel is also so sensitive that if my cleaning cloth happens to brush the panel when I am wiping the knob area, the panel activates and beeps and oven features turn on. Again, is there an engineer somewhere that can resolve these issues. Even my fridge has a lock function on the control panel so I can clean the ice dispenser and control panel without having ice cubes or water come out! Has anyone else had issues like this? It is a great looking range.

My old range was so difficult to keep clean, and the baked goods were hit or miss. My new range cooks like a dream and has so many features I love, such as the air fryer option. It is very easy to clean and so intuitive to use!

When we first got our stove, the flames were yellow and sooted up our pans. Doing a little research I discovered that you have to buy and install a kit to convert it it LP gas. It would have been nice to have this clearly mentioned in the installation instructions. The kit took me a couple of hours to install but the oven works great now

This is a high quality range. All metal knobs. Three heavy duty oven racks with a handle area. Heavy duty cast iron griddle included. The easily removable burners do not rest completely on the surface of the range. Which is good because the black paint shouldn't come off (My 3 yr old LG's did). The burners are hotter than my old range. The oven cooks evenly without the convection. I took one star off because it didn't come with an air fryer basket. That is dumb being that this range has big stickers on it emphasizing the air fry feature. Also the storage drawer is on the small side. I am able to fit the griddle in there and that's it. I'm not a fan of the griddle so instead of put my two cast iron pans in the drawer. Overall this range is an absolute upgrade from my previous basic LG that was only 3 years old. I would give 4.5 stars if I could. I am very happy with this range.

I have been in my new house for a month. The very first time we tried to cook food in the oven it threw a F3 error. The company that is trying to do the warranty work it trying to communicate with Frigidate but they are not calling back. I was so excited about this oven but it has now become a. Nightmare. I have asked for a replacement and I get crickets. Do not buy. To many headaches

So far I have been very happy with the range. I cooked chicken strips with the air fryer and they were cooked as I would expect. Still adjusting to the cooktop, they seem to cook hotter than my old range especially on simmer. Saw how to adjust so may need to make some adjustments. Overall very happy with the look and performance of this gas range.

Purchased this range approx. 3 months ago and love it with the exception of one recurring problem. The digital clock on the front face keeps gaining time. I've had Frigidaire replace it once already and now it's doing it again! Very frustrating having to keep resetting it to the proper time.

I have had this stove for two years now, purchased when we did a major kitchen remodel. I love the looks of the stove, and the operation is fine. The oven works well, heats pretty uniformly. I recently used the air fry option, and it was amazing! Although for the price of the stove, they should include an air fry pan. My only real complaint is, to me, a major design flaw-the two large burners on the stove should be diagonal to each other. I want the "normal" burner in front, as that is my go to. The way the stove top is set up, I can't have a decent size pot on the normal burner and still make use of the large burner adjacent to it. I really would like to give this stove a 3 1/2.

This oven has proven to be perfect for our needs. The controls are clear and easy to use. As far as we can determine, the oven temperatures are spot-on, and the manual is also well-done. The only problem we had was that the lowest flame on the burners was too high - we couldn't simmer anything! A little research on the Internet provided a quick, simple solution (wish this had been included in the manual). And we've turned into real fans of air-frying!Totally satisfied.
